Base - Changing Tables
Changing Tables should be in the base game...I mean that's a staple to infants why would they not be available? I downloaded a cc one but of course it's just a dresser which stinks.

For me it's not even about the fact of diapers being throw on the floor which is unrealistic in itself. It's the point that these were as you stated available in the base game in previous iterations of The Sims and it also helps fill out the nursey. It's look so bare without a changing table.
