Couldn't agree more with that sentiment
turning off particular worlds while keeping gameplay and items would be gamechanger
especially if that included base game worlds too
since I'm just always so frustrated with my empty newcrest
for no reason really other than it existing on back of my mind 😅
would be nice to be able to just do out of sight out of mind with that
and focus my energies on finishing my more exciting worlds
Maybe it would work better if it was done the way Sims 2 did it, where in each save you start off with one neighbourhood, then you could choose to add downtown, and various other locations as you expanded the world. For example, let's say I started off in a cheap house in Willow Creek, but I added Granite Falls when my sim went camping, then afterwards I added Windenburg because my sim wanted to move later on.
