Base Game Update Feb 3rd

Doing some more experimenting, any camera phone pictures are salvageable by uploading them to the gallery. 

The university graduation portraits are another issue and still appear black when imported from the gallery. 

I looked through two save files in sims 4 studio. The affected university graduation pictures don't even appear in the data on my affected save when looking in sims 4 studio. On a save that wasn't affected by the black picture bug, the black university graduation portraits still appear in the data when looking in sims 4 studio.
