I'm not looking forward to it. The marketplace update was forced on me even when I had auto updates disabled. I hope this time around I will be able to update my game when I am ready.
The game will only update if you yourself manually update it when auto updates are turned off. It is usually recommend to go offline and play when there is a new update. 😊

Well, that's the theory. But unfortunately this game is known occasionally doing a surprise update. One tip I have: don't use the short cut to launch the game directly if you don't want to update. On my computer this option ignores the updates setting. I always have to start the EA app, go into offline mode and then start the game.
