You only get prom notifications if you have a teen in the family, that might be why. Then again they might include it and just didn't put it in the laundry list. We'll have to wait for the details of the patch note.
Oh! I do not have a teen in the family, I just always hear about the spamming prom notifications LOL

I really wonder from where as that is indeed one of the notifications you only get with certain kind of family. Sure if playing always with teen in households those happen once a week. but compared to many others it is very minor.
I often google "how much does [enter EP/GP/etc. name here] interfere with gameplay". Before I buy XD
