I totally agree. Toddlers need some playground equipment, specifically in the playground areas outside of the lots. Maybe the pirate ship/spaceship playground item can be made accessible to them so they have something to do in base game worlds as well. The toddler stuff pack helps, I add toddler slides and ball pits to parks but this should not be locked behind DLC.
