Thanks for heads-up! :) I'm not all that interested in filling my game (disc) with 100+ skintone files that will probably never use. Wukk get the patch for fixes eventually.
That said, this must be the weirdest fix ever: "Male Sims will no longer get Pregnant after receiving calls from NPC Sims". Ha ha! :)
