Basking in the Sun and Harmony

I had tried to download that lot via main game menu on the PS4 several times today and all I got was this: Unable to connect to the internet! Please check to see if you have a secure internet connection! And I did that via PS4 setting. I had a strong signal at 80%, which means that I should have been able download that lot in no time at all at 80% signal strength. But I couldn't even after checking the connection. How do I go about downloading this lot?

    I got the same problem. No online access. Tried everything. Out of options now.

    Hi and Welcome to the Sims Forums!
    Same here, tried everything and all out of options as well. I think that it something to do with signing-in to your account on console. Which quite honestly I think is something that we shouldn't have to do since it is a lot after all. And should have been available in our library under Maxis creation. Since this lot is a Maxis created lot.
