Befriend a Dust Bunny?
How do you befriend a dust bunny it is always grayed out and says I have too many?

It was a slow process of going back and forth between two on the same floor. At one point the mouseover said I had too many dust bunnies pals, when I actually had none. I went to the other one, fed/petted it and then the first one gave me the option to befriend it. Afterwards I could also befriend the second one.
