It's more effective though in rotational play as any sim that has been bound to a doll will experience sudden moodlet swings.

If we get a haunted pack I do hope they overhaul the voodoo doll. If you noticed, the dolls appearance changed when they released RoM.

This is why I wish we had a Ghost Rider Mod for Sims 4, I don't know how to code or use Python or I'd do it myself. Complete with Ghost Rider walking past a sim and saying "innocent" and walking away in that voice of his and penance stare, the use of H-fire.

However, it depends. I have lots of mods I use. My one sim collects secrets of other sims and uses those secrets...If they do something to greatly upset her she exposes their dirty little secrets.

There was the time Nancy Landgraab caught Geforfry at a club in one of my games trying to get with another younger woman and she turned around and woohooed in the closet with the DJ. Geoffry was enraged over that and yeah I know a lot of us do hate Nancy Landgraab and Geoffry deserves much better but I found it amusing just the same.

I think it depends on what a sim does. I've had my sim dating somebody who they asked if single because they didn't want someone's husband or wife coming after them. The sim they asked claimed they were single. Then that sim turns around not even 3 hours game time later married to somebody who is not my sim. So I had my sim kidnap their young adult (son) and Stockholm Syndrome kicked in and they ended up marrying the lying sim's son which made the cheating lying sim pretty jealous and my sim would flaunt their relationship with the son in front the cheating lying sim.

I've created fight clubs. I've had sims in a storyline being "sold" to another sim as punishment too. Sims are kidnapped in my games.

Use magic. Mischief and Untamed.

Invite him to be a roomate and give him the murphy bed. Oh right you don't want to kill him...
Lots of bad potions in the game too either through ROM or the Scientist field. You can maybe buy them and hand them to him... actually haven't tried this on a spellcaster as I just zap them.
Lock him in a room with lots of angry pictures/items or sad ones. Put urns in his room so he cries a lot.
Take turns walking in on him when he's in the bathroom... you know so you're sims don't get as embarrassed.
Send him a bad bouquet with flower arranging... (age him up).
Send bees after him.
