Best talent agency to join?

You'll get more the more you get famous. I think the only difference is the benefit they offer. Look at the bottom of the write up for them to see what appeals to you most.

Each agent will allow you to get to every single gig eventually. They do however, change how frequently those auditions appear. For example. G.R.A.N. will cause period piece dramas to occur more, like Of Tea & Treachery. While Everyday Extras will a cause more commercials and lower end gigs to appear. Well Suited will even get you access to higher end movies before normal, allowing you to risk it big when you might not be skilled on it.

A few other perks
A.I. Agency - Awesome daily notification reminders. (Sure, they are awesome, right?)
G.R.A.N. Agency - Flowers when you do well. Cookies when you fail (sometimes)
Well Suited - Slight pay bump.

There are more differences, but I'll let you discover them.

They also send reminders that I should shower.

I should have picked that one.

Silly question but when can you get the option to switch? I've had my sims reach all the way to the top of the acting career and I still don't see any option on the phone to switch agencies ,,, post to simstagran option is missing as well

There should be a "Hire New Acting Agency" option on the Work section of the phone.

I've yet to have that option appear and my sim Is at the top of the acting career? do I have to do anything to trigger it to appear?

My main celebrity sim has A.I. Agency roasting her for being human and/or dumb. It's funny.

My sim, Victoria, joined G.R.A.N last night now that she’s a Guest Star. She’ll join Well Suited when she is a Sitcom Star.
