Best Workaround to Own A Bar?
I have a sim that I want to own multiple bars, but I just realized you can't own bars. (Duh.) What do you think the best workaround for this would be? Does anyone know of a mod that lets you own bars?...

I'ld go the restaurant route. You just have to place a small kitchen and a few tables (satisfy minimum requirements) and the menu can be something light, at your choice, that would recall a bar... and yeah you can own as much restaurants as you want. You can be a franchise queen :)
