I recently played with a homeless adult sim and a foundling toddler and naturally they moved around a lot. The backstory was that the biological parents weren't even aware of their child being alive. But the game sabotaged my scenario by spawning the biological mom or dad or both everytime I went through a loading screen. That wasn't enforcing a parent's right to see their child (a law that isn't even in effect in my simsworld, just for the record). That was 24/7 stalking over two sims weeks.
Next time I'll try DoloresGrey's solution to travel with the unwanted stalker and leave it somewhere. I hope it's permanent.
