Birthday cake without making it??

I second the restaraunt thing. I do it all the time when it's my sim's birthday and I'm too lazy to make a cake. You can have them blow out the candles at the restaraunt or even just put the cake in your sim's inventory and go home with it. I've done both and it works fine.
