Birthday Cake
Does anyone know where this is? I had my sim make a hamburger cake but I don't have the option to blow out candles.

The trick with being able to add candles or a wedding topper is to make certain the cake is centered on the counter, or surface. Then you'll be able to add either of those things.
The same holds true for blowing out said candles.
