Birthday Cake
Does anyone know where this is? I had my sim make a hamburger cake but I don't have the option to blow out candles.

Yes, but all that is taken well care of in my case. Thos candles are lit. The YA sim "can blow out candles" but the Teen can not. Weird.
Did you try to have the teen either make a wish, or taste the frosting? These other two interactions are supposed to age them up, as well.
Teen could lit the candles, but afterwards there are no more aging-up related options for the teen. Only "Celebrate" which will not age her up.
I did already age her up in CAS, so this is no game breaker. But I'll keep an eye out in case this problem repeats in other houses with teens.
So sorry you're having trouble. Do you have either mods or cc that perhaps haven't been updated? I use MCCC and RTF, but I do make certain I have the very latest iteration of these two mods. I uploaded a piece of cc (a mandolin) which suited my ancestral save, since the British guitar is said to have resembled a mandolin, but it wreaked havoc when it came time for my young couple to tie the knot! I went to the trouble of setting up the backyard at her parents home for the ceremony. The couple put their Event on the calendar, but when it came time to start the ceremony, the only thing they could do was fantasize about wedding! They were, however allowed to elope. So, at least they got hitched, but they didn't fair to well on their goals. They could have used a gift or two. LOL Oh, well.
