Black Friday Sales?

There is usually a Black Friday sale. Last year, EA offered varied discounts on the expansion packs with 60% off some of the older ones, and 30% off game packs & stuff packs. 

The Holiday Sale last December was actually a little better than Black Friday.  It had 60% off the older expansion packs & 40% off the game packs & stuff packs (except for Home Chef Hustle).

Oh wow. Ok thanks for that reminder. I'll hold out for black friday

DeepPurpIeThanks for asking this question. I've been wondering this as well. I saw the "ends November 11" in the EA App and thought that was how much time on the Halloween sale, but it was separate from the Sims sale and I missed the Sims sale.

Any idea what kind of discount we can expected for lovestruck and for rent or are they too new?

Lovestruck too new to expect anything but For Rent most likely.

Are we sure they wont have one for lovestruck? Its the second last expansion pack and has had mostly negative reviews. I definitely do not expect one for Life & Death expansion pack. 

If you're really looking for great deals, the best sale is the Lunar New Year sale in mid-late January. It usually offers the steepest discounts. You can also find great deals during the Steamfests (even through EA and not Steam). I find that EA does great discounts towards the end of summer, around August but that sale is easy to miss.

There will be a Black Friday sale with minimal discount and a Christmas-New Year sale with a slightly better discount but they're normally not the best sale price they could offer.
