Ok. So repairing did help. But in a weird way. When I came back in I could release the spirt which was not there before. She had two husbands dead, One locked in a room to die, and romancing two more. And somehow at the moment I entered the house I was engaged to TWO sims, not one but two. How ? It always says you're already engaged.
