I've never played with the Pancakes, but one time, in my play through of the 100 baby challenge, Bob fathered the 4th pregnancy. He didn't leave Eliza, he was just "used". He ended up impregnating my sim with twins too so that knocked off baby #4 and #5 for the challenge. :)
