@SheriSim57 You are thinking of Trendi, not the thrift store lot (the pre-built one is called Thriftea).
At the thrift store lot you click on the clothing rack to create your outfit on a CAS mannequin.
Trendi is the app on the phone where outfits can be listed for sale. If you buy an outfit from Trendi, you can't see it beforehand, just the description.
However, forum user @Harukotyan created a thread with images of all the Trendi outfits here for anyone who wants to see them.
