Body hair, can it be turned off?

In the livestream, it appeared that you can turn off the body hair growth individually with a toggle in CAS on each sim. I...don't know that you can turn off body hair growth or body hair as a cosmetic item globally at all.

Unless it can be managed in some way not shown in the livestream, it appears you'll have to turn it off/remove existing cosmetic hair for every townie. :/
