Body hair, can it be turned off?
I REALLY hate the idea of townies getting random body hair. Can it be turned off, or do I have to cas.fulleditmode every single townie I meet?

I thought that hair growth was pack-specific whereas there are some static body hair CAS items you can apply in the base game update, the same way as you can apply freckles, beauty marks, or scars if you have the packs those come with.
