Am I missing some setting that will stop all of my game-generated NPCs being covered in gross orange body hair??? Seriously!

Be great if there was an option to turn it off all female townies now spawn with back hair kind of ridiculous how poorly this feature was added in love it being there but hate how it was implemented.
