I think the safari/wildlife preserve is a neat idea but I don't know how charming it would be, so I'm going to stick with my fairy/werewolf combo theory, maybe with additional shapeshifters.
I've never been right yet but there's a first time for everything so we'll see.
That could include parts of options 2-5 on the list, but I do hope they don't combine any occults with farming. Deliberately setting up realism players to be annoyed by the new occult would make for some really obnoxious online arguments and probably the nerfing of what the occult players want.
