I don't think it has anything to do with fairies and I don't think the description really tells us the main feature of the pack. I think the word charming has more to do with how beautiful the new world is. The expansion could be farming as people have described charming country cottage. I'll wait and see as I don't like to hype myself up for something and it turns out to be completely different than what I thought and wanted.
