Bonus content?
I bought the code for Cottage Living today in a shop (because I collect the boxes) and already downloaded it. But I don't see the bonus content. Wasn't there supposed to be a bike?

I just live chatted with someone from EA help and they won't give me the bonus content. I showed the tweet and politely explained the situation but they still won't help. Basically told me they'll only help me after I talk to CD Keys for help. The whole experience is upsetting. I work in customer service and that wasn't it. I don't even feel like playing the game now. :(
