Bonus content?

I bought the code for Cottage Living today in a shop (because I collect the boxes) and already downloaded it. But I don't see the bonus content. Wasn't there supposed to be a bike?

Having the same problem. I'd like to go through EA support, but every time I choose the "select contact option" the site just stops responding. It never loads the next step.

Maybe their servers are busy at the moment or something. Glad others are getting some resolution though!

Managed to get into a live chat on the site just now, and the advisor applied the content to my account immediately. Very quick and easy process in the end! Thanks to everyone who suggested doing it this way.
