I'm actually talking on the phone to an advisor who is very nice because I could not get the live chat to work for the life of me, but I sincerely doubt I will be able to get the bonus content like everybody else. Ugh! Sim Guru Romeo tweeted out the same thing on June 11th that the guy from EA help did. This is exactly why I don't trust the Sims team. They say one thing and the only ones who pay the price are the players. I can't blame the Sims Advisors because they didn't cause the problem: it's the Sim Gurus and the execs at EA who did not make the terms clear.
