Bonus content?
I bought the code for Cottage Living today in a shop (because I collect the boxes) and already downloaded it. But I don't see the bonus content. Wasn't there supposed to be a bike?

After two live chats yesterday and one today I finally have the content too. I'm glad people seem to be having more luck today! I doubt I'll purchase from anywhere other than origin in the future but even if it was only supposed to go to certain retailers and not all, I think it could have been communicated better but lesson learned I guess.
