Bonus content?

Well, I ordered mine from Cd Keys, and of course no bonus content, was feeling a bit miffed that it hadn't been included, but spurred on by others in the same boat, I got on to live chat, they asked where I bought it and what the game code was, and applied my bonus content straight away no problem. So it is worth asking!

There will be a pop up when you start the game, with a gold background if I remember telling you explicitly about the items added.

You can also check the Extra Items tab in the Origin Client properties for Sims 4, i.e. where The Holiday Celebration Pack and others show up. It's called "The Sims 4 Gnome on the Go Digital Content"

I didn't get my bonus stuff either :(

Update: I contacted EA Help and in less than 5 minutes my bonus content was added to my game. The advisor was Eldon and he was very polite and nice and super quick. He was so nice it made my day honestly.
