Bonus content?

After 40 minutes of trying to convince this guy, I had to screenshot my purchase receipt, and now he's claiming pre-orders aren't eligible for the bonus content. What the actual....!

At least he didn't close the chat on you like my first guy did! Ditch him and chat with someone else.

I swear it's like pulling hair with this guy, he has to keep running back and talk to 'his team'. LOL

I managed to get mine via the EA Chat too. The agent I spoke to said they were aware of an issue, so I said there had been reports that users were having it applied to their accounts instantly via the chat, so he ‘went and checked’ and then it was added to my Origin account. :)

I'm in the same boat, but I don't get the impression the advisor I'm talking to is enjoying the process much either. However, I definitely have to commend my particular advisor for going above and beyond by doing a tweet search because stupid EA took forever to send me a code via email so he could access my account. LOL. And all of this could have been avoided by specifying the terms very clearly!

PS. I did get the content!!

This guys has me sign a screenshot with my actual signature and today's date. I've gone too far to quit now. lol
Edit: I'm 2 hours in with this guy, so I guess this is my life now. Stuck in a forever loop trying to get bonus items for my game.

Also, big shout out to my advisor who had to suffer through the process with me. :D

I bought my copy from Amazon and am also having the same issue. I'm currently chatting to EA Help so hopefully they'll sort it. The link mentions the bonus content so I assumed I would get it but it wasn't in my game when I checked.

It took almost an hour but I finally got them.

Well well well! After two hours of jumping through hoops, I finally got the items in my game. Sheesh EA Help, making a girl work for it. LOL

I tried live chat during EU hours and didn't have much luck, though they were helpful and said it would get resolved and not to worry.

I just tried again with live chat on what must be NA hours, and they were again very helpful and added it straight away in minutes!
