Bonus content?
I bought the code for Cottage Living today in a shop (because I collect the boxes) and already downloaded it. But I don't see the bonus content. Wasn't there supposed to be a bike?

I'm in the same boat, but I don't get the impression the advisor I'm talking to is enjoying the process much either. However, I definitely have to commend my particular advisor for going above and beyond by doing a tweet search because stupid EA took forever to send me a code via email so he could access my account. LOL. And all of this could have been avoided by specifying the terms very clearly!
