I believe that I have found a solution to making this boredom issue less annoying. There seem to be a time frame before the sim becomes bored with what they are doing. It's a small time frame, but there is one. Now to make this boredom issue less annoying, just extend that time frame. In other words, make it so that it takes longer for a sim that's an adrenaline junky to become bored with what ever he or she is doing.
