Bowl stuck in hand when feeding toddler!

Every time I feed my toddler in Sims 4 at the high chair, my Sim's plate/bowl gets stuck on their hand so she can't give them the food.

I know how to fix this error and move the bowl when this error happens (I click 'add to inventory' on the bowl, then drag the bowl to the high chair) but I don't want this error to keep happening :( Has someone experienced this before? If so is it a particular mod that was used that caused this? This error keeps happening and won't go away. It could be a pack, as this happened around the time I added a bunch of packs, but mods could also be the reason.

    I did not have this happen, at least not frequently, but if it happen I would "reset sim" via the Ctrl-shift-C field. "resetsim name" where name is to be replaced. In general, there are several bugs or tedious/bad programming re the high chairs so I use them only if I want my sims to spend every minute of the day with their toddler(s).

    Thanks, I know how to rectify it, I just don't want to have this happening constantly every Sim day. I love using the high chair as that is more realistic for my toddler. I also notice it happens with adult sims at times as well. This started when I installed a lot of packs over the Christmas Sale, so not sure if one of these started it.

    If reset doesn't work, you can try changing their outfit via the dresser. I had a daughter holding a spatula for god knows what reason and resetsim didn't work, but the dresser did.

    Thank you I can fix it, but the problem happens repeatedly when I go to give the toddler food in the highchair and I think other times with adult sims. I just want to know how to stop it happening or what is causing it.

    Some of my sims keep getting things stuck to their hands too - reset sim did not help. Game just seems to be getting a lot more glitchy as it gets older and more content is added.
