I think it was a patch earlier this year that fixed that, but my memory is a bit foggy on exactly when that changed. Pretty sure it was before Eco Living, but it did change again with Eco Living as well.

I chose 3% on the property tax as that's what the state of California voted into place. Good ol' Prop 13. Didn't help those of us still living in apartments, (in fact, our rent nearly doubled inside of one year!)
