yeah many ts4 npc just feel like normal sim in costume and it annoys me to no end
especially when its random townie in costume like say father winter for example
you make friends not with father winter but with some chap called clement and that irritates me makes them feel so infinitely replaceable and boring
I do like how they did vlad though so perhaps its more issue of double identities with other so called npc
