I say yes, I always loved that in Sims 2 she hunted down any Sims having a romantic interaction. She would beat my teen Sims up with a purse. She would not leave one couple alone, so I had them ditch her in a crowd, and she got so mad when she couldn't get to them through all the people.
I would love to see that in Sims 4.
