I’ve continued playing sims 3 on and off since 4 came out and while I sometimes wish a feature of 4 was in 3 (like cook anything at any time of day) I find 3 less repetitive and easier to get lost in for hours and always go back. Some of those little things have already been mentioned like snuggling in bed, reading in bed, teaching a toddler to walk (really miss that), but there”s also cuddling on the bed, making muffins and cookies on the kiddie stove, playing tag (was a great family builder), not getting sick on the swings, finding new stars on a more conveniently sized telescope, mushing up toddler food in the blender, finding “unknown” seeds and having to grow them to discover what they are, catching butterflies and beetles, and the list could go on forever.
