I tried this out today in a brand new save and it’s in my game too. The main bridge you get to in Selvadora, right at the start of the adventure, is now invisible, but your sim can still cross it as if it’s there! It looks really odd to see your sim walking in mid-air over a huge ravine.
I’ve never encountered this issue before and it’s only been a few months since I was last in Selvadora. I couldn’t find a bug report for it but one should be made. (I’d do it myself but I’d want to add a screenshot I took, and I’m not on my computer right now.)
