Broken Game and Bugs Years Later

I've experienced the Save bug "Code 0" which literally makes it Impossible to play the game at all. How old is this game? Unreal that the Wedding DLC patch was delivered w/o proper play testing before release. I expect this from small studios like Hello Games, not a multi-million $ studio with no shortage of highly educated individuals. I hope this bug gets squashed soon. I want to play this game again, I did not/will not buy the wedding DLC, it's not really my thing. How about instead of releasing endless DLC's w/ shallow content, EA just lets us develop our own worlds, I want more than 5-6 houses in each world. I would try to make a world w/ at least 12 lots of various sizes, at least 2-4 64x64 lots for big venues & whatnot. One thing I miss about TS3 is the world editor, sadly I tried playing TS3 on my new rig shortly after building it, but I forgot how to play that game, lots of stuff was changed in TS4 & it's really hard to remember how to play older versions.
