Update: hours laters after building and creating sims, everything worked great in the new save. <3
Very interesting. I've learned myself that a lot of times even if you remove everything the save is messed up. Sometimes it's a good practice just to start a brand new save and put your old sims and builds there so you don't loose them. But that's for the update. It's always helpful to know what solved the issue.
