Please, please report bugs officially so reports get into the system. "Me too" helps bump the priority of a mod because it shows that more people have it and care about it. Explanations of exactly what you see and what packs you have help narrow a bug down (Sims is super complex so that can be an issue). Offering to provide a save is super helpful. Also, if you follow Crin on Twitter, she will often post links to where AHQ help from players with issues is needed. https://twitter.com/crinrict
