This happened to me, too! Not the over-sized ones, but all of the normal ones except the choco-berry bush. Weird. I was depending on selling the harvest to pay my bills. Also, even before they disappeared, my raspberry plant never produced any berries, which was very frustrating because I have an "errand" to "harvest a homegrown raspberry bush". Not possible to do if there are never any berries on the bush I grew and leveled up to excellent.
