Build ideas, anyone?

Maybe build a retirement home? Make a home reminiscent of a retirement home, and move some of your decrepit- I mean, old Sims, into it.

I would love to see more tropical indoor pools. There are some in the gallery, but the lots are quite big. I would love to see a smaller one (40 x 30), that is usable in the city districts of colder neighborhoods like Windenburg or Brindelton Bay. :)
(Or if there are any good tropical inspired indoor pools that I didn't find, please let me know.)

All lot of simmers play decade challenges and need builds. I am in the 1960's in one save. Bowling night stuff is great for this time. I would love to see more builds from the 50's through 80's. A drive in dinner, groovy 60's store like Woolworth's with a lunch counter, drive in movies, a disco etc ....

I have seen some You Tubers play in the 1800's. That too much CC for me.

I did that for Sulani. So my sims in the other worlds can have a tropical get away.
