I tend to just have my sims do tons of friendly interactions, complements, brighten day, deep convos, apologize if ANY social doesn't land, chat with a BUNCH of different sims at once and they tend to build Charisma without me even thinking about it. I barely ever use the mirror to skill up Charisma, lol
