I feel like I've done a combination of all the ones mentioned. I'm bad for the mailboxes and trash cans too. I have also forgotten to paint one wall in several of my builds.
I also always forget to play test. I don't use MOO on my interiors, just for landscaping, so it's not as bad of an issue as it used to be when I did use MOO.
These days I don't have much time to play, much less build, so it's been a while. If I built anything now it would probably be riddled with mistakes since I'm out of practice.
