@Atreya33 Ah, so the permit is purely make believe, then. Thanks, I was getting frustrated over this. xD I think I'll just cheat the money away and just move in somewhere when my sim has managed to scrape together enough to do so, and have at least 5k as mentioned in the rules. :)
