Bundles/Paranormal features

Question

First of all are bundles still available to buy? I have exactly one of each category missing and would like to get a bundle as usual but I am not seeing that option.

As for the paranormal stuff pack I only want it for the items and hairstyles and clothes but I don't care for the new ghosts. Will I be able to disable the ghosts bothering my sims?

You'll never even see any ghosts (the kind from the pack, that is) if you don't use the Haunted ~~trait~~ lot type for your sim's home or have your sim become a Paranormal Investigator.

Edit: Meant lot type, not trait.
