If we didn't get them in Kids Room Stuff and if we didn't get them in Parenthood I don't think we're getting them at all.
We might get them with University or a free update. EAxis still has time to make them.
I hope we get them with University, because I don't see what other pack they could possibly put them in if it isn't parenthood/university/kid's room/military.. Bunk beds would be really neat though, so fingers crossed still. - Not every little thing in the game is going to be a hint.
- The thought bubbles are things we'd probably think of day to day or come into contact with at some point - sims being a simulation game this could be just that - but obviously it's fun to speculate but most of the time if you seek expectations.. you just end up disappointed if they don't come true..

Why does everyone warn speculators they risk being disappointed? I think it's ok to be disappointed, excited, neutral or anything else. It gets a little annoying reading this warning of emotions every few posts in the speculations group for literally years. Emotions are OK people. Keeps things interesting.
I think it’s because SOME Simmers get out of hand when things don’t go their way. They hype themselves up only to be disappointed and then we’re stuck with all the rant threads. It’s annoying seeing them as well ?♀️ "Slayer_Rose;c-17023486" wrote:

Yes your right! Bunk beds would also be good for university! If they bring that pack out and don't put bunk beds in I will be so disappointed! "FairyGodMother;c-17036790" wrote:

I see real-world colleges having beds that are higher off the floor so you can store stuff underneath, but I wouldn't be bothered if bunk beds came in a university pack. I think it would be realistic to hope for a bunk bed option in an update (like they have done with the laptop), and then having a pack that provides further bunk bed options. I also think loft beds would be a cool and space-saving option to add.
I really thought bunk beds would have came with StrangerVille. My daughter is in the military and they have bunk beds. My other daughter just got out of college, she had a bunk at the top and a desk at the bottom.
Still hope we get them! I would prefer bunk beds in my sims houses to free up space from using two twin beds."FairyGodMother;c-17036790" wrote:

I could have seen them with the military career for sure and also they would not have been unusual at a campground like OR, but a lot of colleges have dropped allowing them. My husband was supervisor at UNH Building Department and because of injury claims due to bunk beds and loft beds his crew had to remove all the ones in the dorms and put in twin beds. Granted a lot of the off campus housing had bunk beds, loft beds etc - but the college was not responsible for off campus housing - so the home owners had to worry about that. I just assumed other colleges were going the same route as those kind of beds were very much a part of college life back when I was in college. But it is true - there were a lot of accidents in dorm thanks to them between kids falling out of the beds during sleep, to the top bunk falling down on the bottom bed sleeper."FairyGodMother;c-17036840" wrote:

I worry about bunk beds in RL. They are dangerous! I don't mind the sims though, never had a sim fall out of one :D"FairyGodMother;c-17036840" wrote:

Oh I am well aware of the danger in real life. After the third incident with those beds - the last involving the top bunk falling on my 15 month old (at the time) and giving him a concussion after their baby sitter let him sleep in his brothers bed instead of putting him in his crib - we got rid of those things. That was my last straw with bunks. Never again.
But you are right - I don't recall sims falling out of them - just the murphy bed was a danger to sims. But my own experiences with them in real life has kept me from using them in the past sims games for my sims kids."FairyGodMother;c-17036860" wrote:

Sorry that happened to you in RL! We had bunk beds (my brothers did) growing up. I never used them for my kids though.
I loved the Murphy beds, but learned quickly to keep my sims away from them :p
LOL. I honestly never played with the murphy bed as I try not to play with anything that will kill my sims just because accidents always seem to happen to my favorite sims. Just drives me crazy sometimes. I really don't like sims dying before their time anyway. LOL.
