I'm trying to plan for this pack, but I really need more info... Like, will it be possible to replace a bar by turnng it into a residential lot with a small bar business on ground floor, or will such a commercial unit behave very differently from the real thing community lot? And for retail lots, wil "browse and buy" activity on this new lot be limited to the new crafts, oer can we sell from catalog like we can on a regular retail lot? And what community lot services can NOT be covered by the new small business? I wish I could plan more, but right now I need to feel the EP to understand how to implement it with my current game. Looking forward to the game play video to be released tomorrow (although I probably will need to wait until the day after to watch it).
